- NON-URGENT SUPPORT: Please review the online FAQ (frequently asked questions) information. FAQ information is available for each satellite network. If you cannot find the answer you need, open a trouble ticket online. You will receive a response during regular business hours.
- EQUIPMENT RETURNS: Open a trouble ticket online and explain the issue. We will respond during regular business hours. If an equipment repair is needed, you will be given an RMA form. Do not return equipment that is not accompanied by this RMA form. There is no fee for warranty repairs that can be returned to you via ground shipment to a U.S. mainland address, but an $89 per hour labor charge (one hour minimum), shipping and parts charges apply to all non-warranty repairs.
